Ok, so I've only been living in Maryland for like a year and 4 months or so.... but only today have gone to the MVA to get a license!  I have a loop hole though!! I never got one cause I wasn't in my permanent residence... Now that I am, I decided it was time.

So I drive to Gaithersburg... in 99 degree weather... my car wanted to die, I wondered why I bothered to do my hair... get there... grab a number... A98.  I see they have multiple letters to fool you into thinking you don't have to wait that long.  Sneaky MVA aren't you!

I get to the desk, present my paper work, and the guy goes thru the normal proceedure. Picture, eye test, information correct, and "Organ donor?"

I was like, "Ummm.. noooo.  Haha you hear the rumors right?!"

After the interrogation... he issues me a license.  I look at it... ther's a crab on it... a crab... I am definately in Maryland.  I was also advised that I have now relinquished all knowledge on how to yeild to emergency vehicles and use signals correctly.
