I have the pleasure of informing you that, after careful consideration, YOU have been chosen to become "MISS VIRGINIA LATINA 2008" and the first to hold that title in your state. 

Please confirm your acceptance of this representation by sending us the Nationals participation fee deposit of $150.00 within the next 7 days.  Payments can be made by check or money order and mailed to our offices at the address below. Immediately after receiving your deposit, a personalized Sponsorship Flyer will be sent out that can be used for fundraising.  You can also pay the national participation fee in full, after which we will place the order for the official custom-embroidered state title sash that you can start wearing in activities as Miss Virginia Latina 2008.
