I just wanted to mention that the Kane show listeners who call in are awesome!

Kane got a text VERY early around 6:15 yesterday morning from a caller who was pretty upset at how they were treated by someone on the phone. So in the now common state of --Red Bull and energy bar hyperness/craziness-- that I put myself in, I decided it would be brillance to just end every call with anyone/everyone I talked to with "I love you, byee."

Both Heather Mills and myself spent the rest of the morning getting the most entertaining answers back to our "I love yous" as well as even a few calls backs haha.

So hope that made your day - like it made mine lol.

What is up DC kids?!

It's FINALLY hotter than Thanksgiving Turkey out there...and..it...is...AWESOME!! I grew up in a beach town and I love driving around with my windows down in the warm weather!

Just thought I'd post a little bloggy bloggy..especially for the 1000+ of you who like to check out my HOTspot but don't wanna be my friend..whateva whateva only 13 states consider stalking a felony. hahaha

Soooo can I just say...I LOVE the new Metro Station song on HOT995...shake shake shake shake ah shake it!

What else...summer is approaching..anyone have any plans? I'll probably head down to my family vacation home in Tampa, and hang around the Jersey shore, maybe do a little traveling here and there...I have yet to pick a destination, but it's usually a last minute thing anyway.

Anyway I just had a sudden burst of energy and the 85degrees of sunnnnnn is so good I figured I'd share it. Oh yeah and Dave from the Real World Hollywood is THE HOTNESS.

Today in Sarah's Hollywood Dirty she mentioned that Ryan Gosling has been dating Kirsten Dunst...(vomit)

T and I removed ourselves from the studio and together went into a 5 minute bash

Why would he leave Rachel McAdams - they were a Canadian match made in heaven! (ps- Canadians are hot) and not only leave her but now be dating Kirsten Dunst..(snaggle tooth..gross gross)

Anyway so this whole thing has got me thinkin...why are certain people celebrities? why are these people (who some are talentless) considered by masses to be attractive or fashion icons or whatever!..when really you know if he or she was sitting next to you in class/on a train, plane, automobile/ or worked with you..you would likely not even turn a head or make that extra effort to hold the elevator open..REALLY!

Here are a few I wonder about: Kirsten Dunst, Kate Moss, Britney Spears (not before..but now), Rumer Willis, Joey Fatone, Benji Madden, Aaron Carter, Brooke Hogan, Avril
