Ok, so here is some personal info about me. I'm single, 33 hard worker for a government PIC (Primary Integrated Contract) which requires periodic background checks.  My mother and her side of the family are French but I don't hold it against them. :-) My father and his side hail from Virginia & Kentucky. Sounds like a strange mix, but my father was in the Air Force. My sister and I were born in the UK. (I was born in Lakenheath) I've been living in the DC Metro area since Oct. 1986 when my father retired.

I do travel on occasion (mostly work than pleasure.)  My last trips were: West Coast (first time) to Calexico, San Diego, Los Angeles -CA & Tacoma, WA for work.  I then stayed in Portland, OR with my sister before returning home.

In State trip over the summer was to the GreatWolf Lodge in Williamsburg.  Which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed.

Last overseas trip was to France for a family gathering (5-6 years ago) in which my sister and brother-in-law rented a castle in the Aquitaine region. (pictures are uploaded)  Which was so nice not having the oridinary. (usually just stay at an Aunts or Meme's (grandmother) house which are located in  Orleans or Chateauroux.  That was also the first time I went exploring by myself.  I took a train to Paris and met up with others I had met from the Duran Duran message board which ended just over a year ago to date. (*Sniff*)  Yeah, there's always the pay site-I'm a member at duranduranmusic.com.  I'm Rhodiemental there too if you feel like writing. :-)
